The original and the best home alone treat!
Serves 1
Cooking time:
Ingredients
- A slice of decent bread
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Salad leaves
- 3 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- Two slices streaky bacon, cooked crispy
- 1 egg, fried
To Cook
Grill the bread with the olive oil, top with the rocket, tomatoes and bacon slices, finish with the fried egg, delicious!
